In this video, Shaan discussed how to overcome the weird emotions that come with anxiety.
Some of the emotions include:
Feelings of guilt
Sadness
Feelings of Impending Doom
Guilt
Shame
While these emotions are uncomfortable and may make you feel like you are unique or broken, they are just an offset of anxiety. Once you begin overcoming the anxiety -- these symptoms fade.
