Communication is the key! You and Kristin have got this! New babies are hard work & it is easy to feel overwhelmed and like you’re not performing at your best. Despite you not having the physical hormones to deal with Kyle, you have the emotional side of it. It’s no greater nor lesser than your wife’s. If you feel a bit bleh for more than a week or two, definitely reach out & ask for a little help. Everyone around you truly wants to help you & they get to have some on-on-one with your beautiful baby son! Cheers

Thanks, yeah it can be overwhelming at times so we try to stay on top of things! I am very fortunate to have such a supporting cast of characters around me!

Everybody says reach out. But nobody says who men can reach out to. Women have hotlines and programs they can google and reach out to. But men have to search KZfaq for other like minded people

Great video! My son is only 5 days old and I’m starting to feel like I’m falling into a rut. The communication in your relationship is something I’m lacking in mine, I’m going to see if my wife would be open to adding a bit more to our relationship. But, congrats on the baby! You’re going to be a great father!

A year or so from now, I would LOVE to see you guys do some REACTS videos to statements you've made thus far about life and parenting pre baby and during this early parenting stage - and/or as you have more kids, your sentiments then. Keep your heads up :) at least you guys have a good team to bounce off of. It seems you have a ton of support. :)

its ok to have different opinions and parenting style. dads are different from moms. Lincoln will learn more if he has two different styles of interactions.
