Thanks so much! If you follow Wingate's Cakes on social media she may have some cake assembly videos. She uses the Cake Stackers method for upside down/chandelier cakes.

Hi what size cake safe did you use ? Also which one of the cake stand did you use for this particular cake as I was looking at purchasing the 10,8,6 size

I believe Lauren has our Small/Tall size. However, it’s all about the size that’s best for you. It’s hard to go by what other bakers use. Depending on how tall your tiers are, a Mini or Mini/Tall would be great for 10, 8, 6. They will hold a cake on a cake drum up to 14” wide.

Yes, as long as you purchase a 10, 8, 6 Cake Stackers system and follow how Lauren did it in the video. If it’s shorter than Lauren’s cake, you’ll need a longer “long post” as she calls it, so it will go through the CakeSafe’s center guide piece at the top. 👍👍 Here’s the website for Cake Stackers Chandelier stands: cakestackers.com/product-category/upside-down-cake-stands/

Did you freeze the cakes before delivering or did you kept in the fridge

Each tier is sitting on an individual plate so you can cut it directly on that. 👍👍
