This isn't an easy concept to master completely, but not too hard to grasp superficially. Embedded in that sentence are a number of similar but separate ideas. Basically, it means that if you aren't using your brain on purpose and paying attention to your thoughts and actively looking for incorrect thinking and/or socially inappropriate, and what you believe to be empirically inappropriate, thoughts... it will run away with your imagination and you'll find yourself doing and saying things you never intended and some things you don't even like and that society, in general, considers wrong. Here's a key: In any (and with a little time all) contest(s) of strength between willpower and imagination, imagination will win every. single. time. Use your imagination properly and avoid letting it run too wild. If you never attempt to reign it in, nor purposely direct it, it will destroy you and your dreams. Utterly.

1. Understand the laws of subconscious mind: - Our subconscious mind doesn’t know what’s the difference between real & fake. - Time passes quicker. - Beliefs are harder to change the longer they’re restored. - Every thought causes a physical reaction. - You get what you expect. - Our subconscious mind is always listening and always watching. - Subconscious beats conscious - Any idea ones are planted will stay unless they’re challenged. - More conscious mind is equal to less subconscious. - Subconscious can be programmed. (you can distract your conscious mind)

I have used my subconscious mind many times by keeping my mind focused on a single outcome. Over and over then it manifests into reality. I wanted to own a Hotel and had no money but through the law of Attraction it happened. Yes it is true, just by believing it was manifested before God and Man. The opportunity is endless as well as the results. I have used my subconscious mind many times by keeping my attitude and focus on the prize. You cannot get distracted and believe only part of the equation. You must not believe in your mind what is in front of you but beyond any other reality but the one you picture in your head. Go get it whatever it is for you. Just Believe in the DREAM.....

Brilliant: Everytime we react with anger we teach our unconscious mind to react with anger in the future. If for no other reason, this point makes these videos important for everybody and now makes meditation seem like the important action everyone says it is, in order to imprint the subconscious mind. Obsessed! It’s so interesting bc as a psychologist, I know... and have always shared with my patients, that that our brain doesn’t know the difference between us vividly imagining something and it actually happening... the reason... as states in this psychological phenomenon is that our brains are what scientists call, “plastic,” as in...malleable... and when put into a meditative state (suggestible) ...we have complete control... even though, I know this to be the truth, and have for many years, I’m just now discovering the true power that lies within us all! Thanks for your confirmation...and contributing to the expansion of the collectives awareness!! Xx

Now I know why, I guess. Anyways, I'm having a lot of fun binging your videos on the subconscious mind. It's so fun to learn about how to master how you think and feel and make others think or feel. So interesting!

We have a constant internal dialog(talk to ourselves) all day every day. I found if you analyze what you are saying to yourself. If you are telling yourself negative stuff like im not good enough, why live, life sucks ectt.....You are gonna be depressed cause we are telling ourselves negative stuff 100s/1000s of times per day. If you are telling yourself life isnt worth living, or hurt people its a Huge Red Flag and should talk to someone ASAP. We lie to ourselves the truth is our lives matter. We would totally destroy anyone that cares/loves you the rest of their lives. We maybe depressed now but a year from now you may look back and think wow that was dumb. I worked hard on changing my thinking and can spot if im saying negative things about myself then stop it. I use the model if I have nothing nice to say Im not gonna say it.

I found this on lsd. I literally lost myself. Didnt know who I was, but became my higher self. I learned that my emotions where controlled by me, and that I was making a character in this reality. Wasn't really me.. I said if it's like this. Then I can make my own puzzle piece, and make something great with this body I have. The time goes fast for me. I live the moment.. no worries about time. I eat when I'm hungry, and sleep when I'm tired. It's literally the mind set. Make a good mindset and you will start to see a pattern. Life is literally what you make it. Live to the fullest!

Dont just tell us about it, tell us how to actually do this. Most people know some of this stuff, but how does one actually accomplish this? Post up a video, step by step to re-program the human mind to succeed at the person's goals, no matter how lousy they feel, or how much they feel hopeless, or the odds are against them..Show us exactly how to do this. Dont just tell us this exists. Thanks.

Your expectations are very ridiculous to simply demand from someone, but you have a very true point. Blabbing about cool things that are possible when the video is titled "How" is pretty dumb. The implications that you COULD take from this video is self-training rather than looking for step by step instructions. I'm constantly growing my subconscious abilities and shifting my energy. Often I find that my subconscious ability out weighs my mind overwhelmingly, so I try to drag as much information as I'd like to train my active mind everyday. It's not only a good thing, I've found that by doing this all the time, I can cause myself to become anywhere from happy, to arrogant, to creative, to paranoid. I believe there is a 'preferred' balance in primarily the emotions that a human, you or I have, that allow each of us to accomplish or be closer to what we envision as a type of maximum potential or a limit breaker. By changing my emotions to match a recognizable energy, often referred to as states of mind, I've found great success and consistency in being certain ways that dramatically affect how my performance varies in everything from mechanical reaction times and muscle memory, to witty comebacks and overall attitudes. Certain mindsets are better for physical performance, like clearing your mind as much as possible, focusing on only your body's breathing and stance to dash as fast as you can, with the idea of running form matching what feels natural, requiring you to have muscle memory information relevant to your own experience of movement congruity. Similar to a small volume of water being poured through say a bowl with a few holes in it, because of the natural law of gravity, no matter what you do while the bowl is right side up (except for crazy factors) the water will only ever flow through the holes, in this case, your emotions will modify where the water is actually making it through - counting in the depth, position and speed of the flow. In this analogy your emotions only get you so far for any one activity, and you'll soon find more likely than not, that being "Happy" may effectively decrease your focus, or timing enough so that whatever it is you are doing shows a clear decline in performance when compared to say "frustrated" point being that although everyone talks about being happy, it's generally care-free and weightless where as when someone like me is frustrated, it causes my subconscious to heighten my attention and focus on small details, helping me evaluate what is going on more clearly and how my actions are resulting. There would be a correct balance in between being happy enough and focused enough, where as being frustrated is not important, just that it primes my body to do these set of connections, while keeping in mind the neural activity of each recognizable emotion is setting the body and mind into your own subjective array of information based processing. (I'm implying that if someone claims to do any one thing in order to achieve master perfection of how to fully utilize your subconscious, humanity would have already done it and shared it by now.) This is only one system that I use on a daily basis. There are many more that affect different people in different ways. Identify and recognize what makes you 'tick' and 'ticked off'. Start playing with the idea that things that make you mad, don't actually make you mad 100% of the time and allow yourself not to have a defense mechanism activate, or a specific set of instructions that you tell people you will react this way, or enjoy this taste every time, as they aren't always true and often forced once someone else seals the idea that you have in your head. JUST A THOUGHT, Sorry for the huge comment, it's almost effortless to type at certain points, ^ example of a reaction into practice - "I get lost in typing because I have lots of thoughts all the time and I can't help it, it's just the way I am!" (If you find that no matter what you do, refer to your shown patterns as 'I often find myself typing a lot in situations similar to this') If nothing I just typed makes any sort of sense, write down as many thoughts that come to your head as possible and read over which ones actually help you during possibly a 2 minute period. Revise your focus to create more helpful thoughts, be observant in your actions following thoughts, compare to your real life goals and align your current performance and state of mind to where you feel you should or want to be, practice for a few minutes every few days. Roughly after the third time doing the exercise for a few minutes every few days, you should notice results after the 3rd day.

The part of this video I found interesting was not being attractive to the opposite sex because your subconscious mind being programmed to believe that your not attractive. I'm single now but was married for 21yrs with the last 2yrs being the worst. During that time I was told time and time again that I'd grow old alone as no other woman would want me unless she got approval from her guide dog and psychiatrist because I'm a loser and I'm ugly. And do you know what, I honestly believe her. On the other hand my sister has had a go at me for staying single for the past 4yrs and for keep saying that I won't ever find someone. She also says that from when I was about 13 or so I was never without a girlfriend on my arm and if I became single it wasn't for long. And it was like that till I met my ex-wife. Did my ex-wife really reprogram my brain into thinking that I'm a no good loser when it comes to women? Or is it really the case of women take one look at me and instantly feel more attracted to a piece of dog crap on the kerb or the clown from the film 'IT'? Any tips on how I can reprogram my brain AGAIN and feel a little more attractive to the fairer sex? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I hate being single. Thank you in advance.
@tenabarnes3269
@tenabarnes3269 4 жыл бұрын
You don't have to be what your ex-wife says , attraction is not based solely on looks anyway . I don't know you but just from your post I can convey two things: 1. You stayed a long time and was a faithful partner in what was at least a verbally abusive relationship, and 2. When spouses or partners are physically or verbally abusive they are usually envious or jealous of a quality that you possess that they desire and cannot have because of their own selfishness. I know because I was once married to such a person who told me that no other man on Earth would ever love or want me. I was young at the time and I told him if all men are like you then I don't want another one anyway. Lol however, I knew when I said this that not all men were like him and I did find a decent, loving husband whom I have been married to for 20 years. My self esteem didn't recover overnight, but eventually it did. Take things slow don't try to be someone's "everything" to the exclusion of your true self, if you have to force a relationship then it is not meant to be and if you think someone is trying to manipulate you, they probably are. A good relationship is not perfect, but shouldn't have to be forced. Good Luck and I believe you'll make some lucky lady a fine, caring husband or partner.

@@tenabarnes3269 Hi Tena. I hope you're well. Thank you so much for your comment and sorry it's taken so long to answer. I found the part of your comment about 'forcing a relationship' very interesting. I've tried a couple of so called 'you're meet the perfect person' dating websites and found out two things. 1, if you ever want to become rich start an online dating website. 2, When writing about myself and sending a couple of messages I found i was trying to make myself 'more interesting'. Not lying as such but not exactly the truth. Example: I played football at school. Was ok but not great. When talking about school life etc I said I played for the school and was school captain. I know it's wrong but it's better than, I played football at school and I was shit 😆

Indeed. I just posted a comment that might be considered negative toward this video, but I didn't mean for it to be. All of these ideas - positive thinking, re-writing your negative habits, etc. are GREAT. Our subconscious is powerful and we need to learn to make it work in our favor. It's just not enough by itself - you still need to be a person of substance and capability. Someone who can charge out into the world and win a solid lifestyle. Mastering your subconscious is a great "bonus" to give yourself - but it can't do the whole job.

WOW!!! I just happened to come across this video by chance after mindlessly scrolling through videos. ANYWAY, this really seemed to open my eyes to so many different things that have been weighing on me heavily here recently. Here about the past 6 months or so ive been really thinking about my future, which is something i shouldve done many years ago as now i am 34 years old and have practically nothing to show for my last 16 years as being an "adult". Its like i have been having tbis strong feeling of needing to not just get my share of the american dream financially, but just every aspect of living that good life. It just seems like my mind is STUCK in a rut! I KNOW what i want and need to do to start my financial climb but its like my mind is telling me that it is not achievable, and that i shouldnt even attempt at doing anything above "normal" or that ill never be out of the LOWER MIDDLE CLASS financially. Sorry i have been going on and on but this video really seemed like it triggered something inside of me to actually put my body into 4 wheel drive and get out of this rut!!! Thank you for this! Im not saying that i watched this video and instantly gained all the knowledge ive been seeking my entire life, or that i watched this video and suddenly became rich. I am just stating that to ME and with the problems I have been dealing with this video, you could say gave me a lot better outlook on my dreams/goals.
