Sir you are a very wise and a very well educated person. When differing and discussing anything, choice of words is extremely important. I do not know Mr. Adeem much, but I saw this program under discussion. The venom with which Mr. Adeem was generalizing and calling women "jahil" was extremely abusive repulsive. No one has the right to use abusive language even if he claims to be a religious scholar

Dr. Javed Iqbal has explained very well MashaAllah. I just want to add that normally we don't watch the whole video for 1hr or 2hr. Sir Sahil Adeem was telling the translation of the verse of Quran which was the same as he said. The thing is that nowadays we are far away from our holy book so we could not understand the actual meaning of an Arabic word. We have to see both sides and definitely we can't attack on anyone's intentions

The thing is that he had arab teachers and in arabic this word is not used like we use it in urdu, in urdu its considered an offensive word...May be he is unaware of the negative impacts of this word as he dint have pakitani teachers.

@@farzanafarooq6117 No he might know....but when you have been brought up in Arabic language course you dont find it offensive...i myself when read this word in arabic language in a hadees first time i being a pakistani had a thought that Rasulullah s.a.w is using such a word but then you become aadi hojana...Actually we dont read in Arabic alongwith Urdu tarjuma that is why culturally we get very offended by this word...and also the way how ppl in our society use this word..like a gaali ya ghussa ya apni bharaas nikaalne k taur pay , ghalat "lehjay" main...its just my thinking ,i will keep good gumaan about him as Rasulullah s.a.w told us to refrain from badgumaani , badgumaani sab say bara jhoot hai..something like this.

Sahil Adeem jis level ki baat kartay hein unfortunately masses ki understanding ka woh level nehi hae. Lekin sab say pehlay alfaz aur lehjay ko dheema rakhna aur us k baad samnay walay k understanding level ko samjhay baghair hum kisi ko kuch sikha nehi saktay. Sir Sahil Adeem ki niat par toh shayad he koi ho jo shak karay but human psychology hae k hum niat say ziada alfaz par attention detay hein.

Very well said but normally people hate each other inside and they are looking to find something to make fuss with and when they get this chance, they don’t let it go. 90% of people don’t listen to understand, they just listen to respond. The scenario you are presenting here is an ideal scenario which doesn’t exist. People are not that sincere these days, if you ask them “let’s talk” about it, they won’t even want to talk about “it”( any misunderstanding). They want you to say sorry without understanding the matter. This is very general comment, not about the particular situation you are referring to. I have something to discuss with someone for a very long time but can’t find anyone who could understand my point. Can i send you my question?

Hum me se koi bhi dilon k haal nahi janta, ye alfaaz o andaaz hi hain jo bazahir is taraf ishara kerti hain k fareeqeen me se koi ya dono hi darasal naik niyyat I k sath maslay ka hal nahi chahtay bulkay apni supremacy ko qaim rakhnay ki gharz se ya buray background or culture se haasil shuda asraat or unhi baatil aqaid or aisay ancestors ya companions/team-members ki taeed or khushnoodi k liye illogical or problem-end pe kharay ho ker behes kertay hain.
