Here is the easy way to learn how to do a Cat Twist. When you start allowing your weight distribution to rotate your body, the whole skill becomes very easy. Do not waste your time trying to stay straight up and down. That makes it way harder! Instead follow this Degree-By-Degree pathway!

@@flippertvofficial it is a cat twist from your stomach twisting back to your stomach. it is really hard and I cant find any good tutorials on it.
