I tried this a couple of months ago, and I wasn't ready at all, I could not even do the on foot backflip, then I tried to do the cork.. I landed on my knees.. On grass! XD I haven't done it ever since that day, and I'm so low in my ground tricks.. But I'm probably gonna try again soon after watching this good tutorial!

I finally did it yesterday, the most important part is the wide j-step, so that you can kick with a lot of power, also the pop with your left leg or right whichever way you're going, then the twist, some people tend to bring their arms back which cancels the twist, so try to keep your arms to your side and face the way you are spinning to spot the ground. I literally did it after I tried the wide j-step.

So a cork is like a back full but only jumping off 1 foot and starting with a j-step

Tanner Fox's backflips are so much higher and cleaner than Tanner B's, but yeah Tanner B can do a lot more types of flips.

-Some things he didn't cover in this video- Make sure to keep your leg completely straight during the kick. This is one of the main reasons people have low corks that they can't dub/swing. Also make sure you're kicking your leg through all the way and not wrapping it around. Overall great tutorial tanner!
