Every bike I’ve owned I change the rear diff at 100 miles and the front at 250. It’s always black as tar and full of ‘glitter’ I do oil, and diffs every 400 miles, my oldest Honda is a 99 recon 😂 changing the oil and diffs early usually lets you catch something quicker, quicker you catch it less damage done. I also use valvoline pro, in the fine print on the back it says it’s rated for hypoid diffs and costs like 8 bucks for a quart

You forgot to mention you should get the oil warm before draining makes it drain faster

No different from my 2015 500foreman, everytime I change the oil in the front I turn the bike on its side for an easy fill 👍
