Do you wonder how to do Makeup like a Mature Woman?
This Mature Women Makeup Routine from Makeoverguy will change the way you do your own Makeup Application. Kayla created the makeup for Kim with Christopher's assistance for the final reveal. Often it is collaborative. We first do a "natural" version and then the final Glamour look for the "reveal." The final Glamour look is not recorded as it is done intermittently by trying on clothes, re-fixing the hair, etc

Really like that he subbed primer & a light dusting of powder for heavy slathered foundation. And that concealer was used minimally. Seeing some natural complexion showing thru is always beautiful. And the understated eye makeup really brought out her pretty eyes. Thick goopy layers of mascara looks good on nobody. Esp since it almost always never stays put.

At 64 I know how & what to wear on my face. One of the biggest game changers for me is using Lumify to whiten my eyes. I start with that then “paint” the face 💄 Great job & love the earrings.

I wore a small amount of makeup in my teens and 20’s. I have such horrible allergies I just don’t even try to wear makeup anymore. Looking at how beautiful these ladies come out just makes me want to look better.

Yes! It is so nice to see the steps without anyone talking during the video. Even when the model is talking or I'm talking to them, we mute it. However, sometimes that is a struggle when they chat as I am applying the makeup. Kim did SOOOO well. We will definitely have more makeup step by steps posting soon! Thank you so much for commenting! I like the camera's perspective on her "after", it looks lovely! Her "before" was sure not ugly, either... a very pretty woman. Watching the process, I was stunned at how much makeup was used on her. I have noticed in all the makeovers that all product is applied by brushes. Guess I need to retire my “clean finger to tube to smear product over face” technique. 😅

We use brushes for the video, but HONESTLY using your fingers to apply when doing it on yourself is ABSOLUTELY fine❤

Just amazing! It is so helpful to have guidance for more mature skin. I never thought of putting highlighter on the marionette lines, but it makes perfect sense. And I love the lip stain! I haven't been able to find a light shade like that -- most are too dark for a an older woman.
