Having the bed sheet pulling in the direction of the door closing is a much safer option just in case the door receiver or lock fails ✌

Yes, true that Ross we had a title mention this, unfortunately for my apartment with my best door, going in the direction of the door closing would put me into on the toilet haha

You guys are awesome. So happy to see some new videos coming out at this time. I’m been into powerlifting but with the gyms closed, you guys were the first place on KZfaq I thought to look for body weight exercises for maximum strength and you guys don’t disappoint 👌💖

I have good idea and the alternatives to do a pull ups. Which is to doing a lat pull-down using resistance bands. I use bicycle tubing, so anchoring my resistance bands to my home property is difficult. Please I need more ideas regarding to pull-up exercises, transitioning to colder seasons I don't have to use outdoor spaces.

Would it be safer for the bedsheet row to hang the knot on the other side of the door? It seems to me that the door frame would increase support, plus the door couldn’t just fly open and hit you.

Yes, that would be ideal but as long as the door is fully closed it won't open up unless someone opens it from the outside.

I'm recovering from a SLAP tear in my right rotator cuff that makes anything involving Bicep flexion somewhat painful. Do you think any of these would be good for working around this?

Is all flexion painful or just a specific ROM of flexion?

@@nvls5393 then pull up until that point. There's a 15 degree carryover when it comes to strength. So even if you're only flexing up to 90 degrees, you'll still gain strength from 90 to 105 degrees.

Surely it should be the other side of the door (pull to close side). This means the door won’t accidentally open.

well u can pull yourself up to the door...use a towel to protect your hands but put a book below so u dont rip the door out of frame...if u like pullups get a good bar its so much more easy
