this is just sad, even though they don't clickbait, are very straight forward to the point, and explain everything clearly. thanks, I am already working out but I wanted to check if I am doing it right to not hurt myself.

No matter how many times I do it, I just can't get the right position ! I watched your video (which is very good by the way) but I just can't reproduce the same hand and back position when I try to do push ups. Do you have any advice ?

Hi El Primooo - thanks for your lovely feedback. Can you tell us which bit exactly you are finding hard to replicate? One option is to try the kneeling push up first (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/q9qqm7OC2r67k3U.html), as this takes some of the weight off. Then as you get the technique, try the full push up again. Let us know how you get on!

Get Exercise Confident Hi ! Thank you very much for your reply ! I appreciate it. I think that my problem was from my weak triceps. I didn't have enough strength for the upward phase and I struggled with it. To solve that problem, I tried chair push-ups every day. After a while, I decided it was time to come back to the regular push-ups. I started by doing 50 every day. Now, I can do 100 push-ups every day. It feels great :-)

How do you stop your stomach collapsing to the floor in the way down?

Hi Ryan, we would recommend using the plank to strengthen your core: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bLKhpMhz2azSaYE.html Try doing 3 x holds (as long as you can with good form) 2-3 x week. After a few weeks you will find your core has become much stronger, and this will stop your stomach collapsing to the ground. Let us know how you get on!

Hi jenisly jensen - thanks for your great question. The fastest way to lose weight is to combine: 1) Healthy diet (low sugar diet and avoid processed foods) 2) Cardio (interval training is the best form of cardio to lose weight). You should aim to do this at least twice a week. You can learn more about it here: www.bristol.ac.uk/sport/get-exercise-confident/beginner-workout/ 3) Resistance training (doing compound exercises such as the squat and lunge will also help weight loss). Again doing this at least twice a week is key. Hope that helps and let us know if you have any other questions and how you get on!

Hi Badshah, push ups will NOT have any effect on stunting height.
