ok spot reduction is a myth.... But when we do a good amount workout for a period of time for biceps or the left leg like it is said in this video, those areas improve like crazy no doubt.... So there is no fat loss but the muscle in that area improves a lot ???? So when the muscle is improving the fat in that area goes away via having a decreased fat percentage in the body.... Well, it basically comes to the same thing. then . If overall, the body fat percentage is decreasing, that means in that area as well it is going down.

This is the best exercise ever for lower back pain n numbness n spondylolysis or stenosis etc. Doesn’t matter whether u do it 100 percent correctly or not as in the beginning i couldn’t do it correctly coz of spine injury n weak core but still worked amazingly for me. It’s so amazing

Since March 31st, along with diet change to eating only real food with negligible manmade crap, doing 40-50 of these crunches with the Tiffany Blair core routine, I've reduced my waist by a solid 4". I'm 66 yo, and with my 68 minute-1&8- of daily cardio cycling, I'm down 32 lbs since March 31st. Crunches, done like this, will bring about change. But there's more, other core attention, diet, and cardio to keep you going.

She’s doing sit-ups so wrong. What she’s doing with her arms is exactly what NOT to do because it creates momentum and uses other muscles to pull you up instead of concentrating that effort into her abdomen. Wouldn’t trust this channel if they can get something wrong in the first 30 seconds of a video.

I don't know what I've been doing but mine is kind of mixed what I do Is Instead of using my momentum I control to sit up right and then keeping my hands on my neck or chest and avoiding to use any other muscles that aren't necessary

I killed my back today following a video with instructions that consisted of "get into your side plank and dip your hips" im literally dead on my right back side 🤦‍♀️💀 thank you for proper detailed instruction and highlights of common mistakes.

For a beginner to the plank, the first thing striking me is that this loose, enveloping t shirt is NOT helping visually: this exercise is about the ‘Core’. You cannot SEE what THE BODY is doing. Either he needs to be in a form-fitting vest, or bare. In a practical sense, the instructor’s narration is actually emphasising this missed opportunity to make sense of the exercise for its audience.

I am trying to create a website to help people with physiotherapy, strengthening their body and so on. It would be great if i could use this video on my website. Hopefully in the near future i will be working in my local area to improve people's well being, Its a great video showing how strengthen your core to prevent injuries . At some point i'm going to try selling exercise equipment as well.

Great way explaining the exercises. If i may ask, would you consider Sit-Ups the best exercise to lose fat from the whole belly area or do you have another recommendation?

Afaik you can build muscles in a specific area, which can change the appearance obviously, but you cant do a spot fat reduction.^^

I injured my tailbone a few years ago so I four crunches more efficient and better for me saying sitting all the way up puts a lot of pressure on my tailbone causing it to hurt
