How to do TPMS calibration on honda accord 2013-2017

Whats the button for at the bottom left below the traction control button that looks like the tpms symbol? Do they function independently or does it serve the same function as doing it on the screen? Seems like both ways work.

So beside the steering wheel on the left side of the dash there are 3 buttons. On the 2013 Honda Accord Sport, at least. They are the green ECON button, then there is the traction control button that is sport a traction control symbol with a car that has 2 squiggly lines like tire resembling tire tracks. Then there's the button below that in which the tpms symbol is represented. If I could post a pic it'd be so much easier to explain. But from my experience, holding that button down for a second or 2 will also cause the tpms symbol to illuminate and blink twice or if the tpms symbol is already illuminated in the console display then holding, that tpms button down that I mentioned is on the lower panel on the dash, will cause the already illuminated tpms symbol to flash twice and then turn off. So since everything reacts exactly how it does if you go through a tpms calibration through the entertainment center settings. Therefor I suspect they have the same functions.

Have you had a chance to look into this? I've found several videos where someone talks about going through the screen like you showed and I've found a few where they show only using the button but I've yet to see a video where anyone shows BOTH ways and explains any difference or reason for having 2 ways of setting or resetting the TPMS. Just seems odd

I used to see that option to reset it via the system but I don’t see it anymore

It has to be in there try again with car on acc engine off

U have to try it while it’s parked and if it still dosent work then it might be somthing wrong or codes for somthing in the systym u might need to scan it

They got a sensor on all 4 tires?

No sensor it’s read by the rotation on tire with abs sensor which calculates if low pressure rotation with change

Mine keeps saying failed to start. 2013 Honda Accord. Just happend after I got a flat and changed the tire.
