Walking toe touch Exercise:
Stand straight. Place your right leg straight out in front of you, about 6 to 10 inches in front. Now raise your right toe up and try to touch your right toe with your left fingertips. Don’t bend your legs. If you can’t reach your toes, just get as close as possible. Alternate legs as you walk forward.
Benefits: The toe touch exercise stretches the spine and also helps to
tone your abs and strengthens your core. This exercise also helps to improve your body balance, spinal flexibility and posture.
