Have you looked into the payment plans that I offer for uncontested divorces? If not, visit my website and scroll down the page to the section "Select the divorce you want to file" then select the divorce that fit's your situation and then go to the "Get started Now" and then click on the sign up button and check out the payment options.

In regards to the name change section of the petition for divorce, if no name changes are needed, do I simply put under that section "No name changes requested" or similar, or do I leave the "Request for name change" section out completely? If I do need that section, then what would I need to write instead of "Petitioner requests a change of name to....."?

If no name change is needed you completely leave that section out and then renumber the paragraphs so that you would never no that section was ever included in the petition.

I am trying to file my divorce papers. I printed out paperwork and it looks different than what you have shown in your video. Is there different paperwork that can be filled? And how do you fill out the civil case information sheet?

If question don't apply do you leave them blank or put not applicable?

You can remove the question from the Petition altogether.
