So that is what we call a two finger microfiber glove, and you can get them often online. They also come in a one finger variety, but the second finger helps keep the glove on and in place. The cloth serves two or three main purposes. The first, for someone like me who draws pencil and paper often, is that my left handed butt smears everything I touch, and so the glove essentially means my hand making contact with the paper won’t make my pencil marks turn into a blurry smear. In fact, I first discovered these on an online left handed craft store. The second two purposes for tablets, at least, are that your hand oils won’t jank up the tablet - see your space bar and notice the sleek sheen on it. That’s your sweat - which makes it look more worn and also can sometimes mess with the pressure sensitivity, but also, since the glove is designed to reduce friction, you will be able to draw more smoothly with it on.
