You can fill out all the paper and still never hear back from a case worker. Beautiful website..but doesn’t help and impossible to speak to a person. AND SENIORS DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE A COMPUTER

All the paperwork you have to do to get on snap is tiring and a hassle. I got that way so I gave up. I have ppl suggesting I get back on snap. They say, you have to eat. You can get sick if you don't eat. There should be an easier way to do that.

To get Indigent Health care in my area you have to apply for SNAP and its literally cancer. It's confusing, tiring, and pointless to have all this confusing paperwork and no help to know what the hell to do and what not to do. You're not going to know you (as a single person) is supposed to be the "household" and you can fuck up your first application because of that alone. Then they send you "additional requirements" through the mail that we received ON the date of their final submission period. We called and they were incredibly rude saying that it was our fault and that was that. I hate SNAP and hope its cancer is removed from the disability and indigent health care process. There's sadly NOTHING easy about applying for it. It may be physically easy to literally turn in a stack of papers but its mentally and emotionally exhausting and I hope to GOD I never have to deal with this garbage again.
