I personally do: Debuffer dupe = NP Good use = Boost Edit: CC to debuffer because people confuse it with collab cats

I appreciate the update on the NP subject. I've been referring to the "ultimate beginner guide", the part concerning the gacha units and their value. Much needed clarification, even if it's more or less clear for everyone.

Mine is basic Boost: cats w/ decent stats. strong against, massive dmg against & resist against. np: debuffer units

Something I also consider when using np on a unit is “can beat the stage I’m stuck on, or future stages, without the talent?” That way I have enough saved NP to get a talent for a cat when I REALLY should talent it. I haven’t had housewife savage blow for the longest time until Aku Realms.

This video honestly helped a lot. I'm still trying to figure out how to manage what to sell for NP, and this actually helped explain some things I didn't even know like how the higher level a unit is the lower its stats raise. Overall really good video!

Just unlocked np yesterday, this is super helpfull

I can't bring myself to sell dupe Ubers, I just sell the no-damage cats and unlock/boost talents on the most important cats

I recommend players to exchange proc units for np like units with slow, freeze, knockback, weaken, etc. What you should keep is units with massive dmg, insane dmg, long range, strong against, strengthen, etc.

Generally I go by the same rule for selling by xp If they do not benefit from + levels then sell for np Also if they are at the level limit then sell. I am farming for 11.1 since basics double np given.

Before this video, I never considered the fact that some units don't benefit so much from better stats, and just rely on their abilities mostly (for example icat, pirate, etc etc). This video should help me be able to get a lot more NP, so thanks

I usually make the ones only made for effects (like slow, feeze, weaken etc.) to np and those made for their stats (like resistance, massive damage, etc.).

I remember back in the day where u can just use any units bcs u could only exchange them for xp or use them, and xp is much easier to get, now u actually have to think about it

For me, cc dup, np. Attack boost for attack based units, use. Tanks, use. Uber dup, np. Units with useful stat boost and cc: early game, np; late game, use when you have all the key gacha talents

Funny story about not selling new units. Right at the very start of my gameplay, I got a juliet (and a bunch of others). Now I haven’t even like completed eoc1 yet p sure, and I was like ok. Selling her gives me like, 500k xp. Which is a fuck ton. And all she does is freeze angels which I do not have to worry about. So I sold her. Till today I haven’t gotten a second one. (155 hours in, not the most but yeah). But if I’m going to be honest, it helped a lot in the early game because 500k is a lot and allowed me to level my units up nicely.

I manage my NP by selling Debuffers, they are only there to assist croud-control but they aren’t generalists, so I mostly keep Cats for example: Can Can Cat, Pizza Cat, Seafarer Cat etc. and I sell Cats for example: Dread Pirate Catley, iCat, Weedwacker Cat etc. If I get a duplicate Uber I sell it, but I wouldn’t sell a duplicate Legend Rare or Epic/Uberfest exclusive (for the cursedness) Selling Normals and Talent Orbs is a bad idea, since both of them only give you 1 NP so I’drecommend first getting all Normals to +90 If you read everything until arriving here good job

Also about Talent Orbs, if my math isn't wrong, you'd need 36 D lvl to get one S lvl, so if your goal is to cash them in for NP, don't fuse them and sell them if you got D or C lvl Orbs. But if you received a B lvl or above it might be worth to stack and fuse them to exchange them at lvl S.

Personally I just sell units for NP based on how desperate I am for getting more NP lol. Like if I get a dupe weightlifter cat, but I’m a couple NP away from improving a certain cat unit’s talent, I’ll sell them. But if I have no plans to add a new talent to one of my cats, then I’ll just add whatever stat-based dupes I get to + levels although I still just sell all non stat-based units and uber/potential LR dupes for NP regardless of the situation

I personally do it like this: If I have the unit(Duplicate) and I don't plan on using it yet or in the future, NP. If it's a new unit I first research it and if it's bad NP, else Use.

Funny how the two examples you gave in rule 5 both target floating. Also like cataur vs Sanzo. Seems either you're gacha anti-floating is really good, or really bad (cataur can be used though)

I'm still saving Np for Uesugi Kenshin, 191/200 Np so far. Been delaying UL for quite a while...

Honestly I np most of the uber dupes and any of the debuffers, otherwise use all. My rares like gunslinger are +1 but my cameraman and ramen just hit +30 and +29 respectively. I have been playing since launch and I have so many ubers to beat any stage that I can really just spend NP on whatever is fun. I don't need to be optimal with spending so if something fun comes around I get it.

My personal rule for regular rare and super rare units is +10 on their level before exchanging for np. After that if it only serves as cc that's automatically for np, Stat based is mostly a lvl spent, and there is a grey area for cc units that are very impactful like sanzo

I like this guide as it is neutral for pretty much everyone's choices and leave them room to decide. However, despite all of that, I still have one thing to disagree with this. It's about Matador. Although she's a rare unit that provides only 5 NP, that doesn't mean she benefits that much from stat boost. Matador is actually an RNG-based meatshield for aku enemies so it's quite pointless to boost her with +level (I don't mind the cateyes usage though). But yeah it's just my two cents about this. P.S. Whale version chart when Edit: I am aware that matador has a decent hp boost to the point that lv 50 matador can survive a hit from 200% fallen bear but this is actually pointless in aku realm (which is the main domain of aku enemies). But this doesn't change the fact that she's too situational to be used as your main choice (aku in UL are mostly mixed stages so I expect her to feed).

I only sell debuffers for np. I keep attackers and meats shields but if their only purpose is to slow or freeze and the don’t do anything else (so excluding fisherman) they go for np

My simple rule: sell for np if it's crowd control. Keep boosting if it isn't (dupe Ubers is an automatic np sell unless it's something worth boosting)

I have not got boosted rares (average is +20) but it doesn’t matter wether it’s ramen, Paris or any other rare, (same for super rares including cancan) I ALWAYS sell for np because I only use Uber’s for gatcha, I’m just that far through end game lol

The only Uber I always use is the funny gun egg also known a jizo he’s now 50+2

I have a question about how it calculates health, specifically, how would I calculate my Ramen’s final health stat. Max Talents, 1/5th resist with max treasures, and is 50+53?

Idk. I just trade everything for NP. I feel like my units already boosted enough. My SR have 5 to 10 plus levels and my R 10 to 25 plus levels and many of my units are also upgraded level to level 45 or 50. But I will now maybe consider boosting some SR to 60 and some R to 70.

i just np the ones i dont use like witch, thief, bohdissatva, etc. i always use others, and absolutely NEVER exchange new units.
