@@lejune5083 It is a rather abstract concept and very similar to so-called self-sabotage, if not the same actually. There constantly is a pleasure desire inside of us that makes us procrastinate, daydream, not act, be lazy, keep that stupid job, etc.. We secretly like those things a lot and therefore create resistance to change something by ourself, even though it happens subconciously and unintended. That is why it might be very insightful to dig deep on the roots as what those pleasures are and why we secretly like treating ourselves badly. Then we might let go of destructive behavior :)

A couple of months ago I was in a business trip to Veracruz (a beach city here in Mexico) and i didn't really do squat shit. Hell even worse I ended up hiring a prostitute. Lol. The only reason this comment is relevant is because i have been that troll, I admit it. Tyler why you are putting so much emphasis on remembering things or meaning ,just be in the here now, be in your direct sensate experience. Memory is for better planning and error correction not for dwelling about stuff that don't exist no more
