there is a fine line! doing too much isn’t good for me, but i have to do just enough. the right amount exercise, the right foods etc it’s really a balancing act

Excellent video. I'm thinking that is why I didn't lose weight doing kickboxing. I use to do bootcamp in my early 30s and I use to lose weight/my body stayed on point.
