Going through this now. My spouse submitted a motion in which she said I was a "threat" and a "danger" to she and the children. Yet, I have evidence that she has left the kids in my sole care for 100s of hours just since filing for divorce. These include text messages, photos, and credit card bills from her travels. Additionally, she provided no supporting evidence to back up these claims. Why not? None exists. The judge did not find her claims credible nor compelling.

I didn't cross exam my ex I let him testify on his own and he ended up contradicting himself by telling on himself...he denied things and admitted to them at the same time.

When the abuser fabricates their statement on the police report then what? This is my exact situation. 2 officers showed up, the first one took his statement and wrote the report, the second officer took my statement but my statement was not in the report. I contacted the officer and spoke with the Sargent and they advised me that the first officer assigned in that area is the only one who can file the report. I kept asking them for the report or atleast bodycam footage of my statement to the officer I spoke with but received nothing. Luckily during the order protection hearing he couldn’t keep his lies together…it’s just unfortunate how a falsified police report can screw you. People need to be aware of this because officers fail at their job especially for victims.

I’m trying to expose the emotional abuse and the corruption of the Cps system and I understand the frustration of nobody wanting to get involved in fear of the agency coming to take their children away because they don’t need a reason to take away a child they thrive of lies and allegations that are unsubstantiated and they exaggerate and twist the truth about everything it’s terrifying that this happens to so many loving parents and children who are put in danger by the agencies placements and nobody wants to help the thousands of families this agency has traumatized and torn apart and destroyed with little to no evidence to take away a child they are above the laws and can say and so anything without question they need to be exposed!! This is not a system that looks out for the best interest of the children this system needs to be dismantled and a new program needs to be created an replace the broken system that has done more harm than ever protecting our children!! People are scared of losing their kids because of exposing them and that’s saying a lot about them in itself

Well first of all I want to thank thank you for all the knowledge you installed in my head that I can put in my husband so he can win custody of his child as of yesterday the court in Tucson granted my husband for the full custody of his son we did it and honestly we wouldn't have done it without help so without your help specifically your KZfaq it gave us the perfect guidelines. Again I can't thank you even more we appreciate all the help you do for us and as for parents going through it and can't afford a lawyer you got this be positive stay calm and stay willing to bend for the opposite... parent in my opinion slow and steady wins the race

I used these tactics to expose my ex after she made false allegations of abuse. I was able to show the judge that she fabricated all claims with evidence and her own testimony. The female judge put in writing that the accusations against me were false. Men can prevail against false accusations, even with a female judge. I speak up because so many other men become despondent and give up.

Each state has its own standard you may be able to find it on the website for family court. Or ask the law library in your city. There should be 12 or 14 the judge doesn't have to use all of them. They can just use one and say a parent is unfit.

I’m so tempted to buy your program! What if they leave something out in a police report… about abuse… and then tells the GAL a WHOLE NEW story.. Police report= I just put them in time out. No physical harm stated. And NOTHING about play choke slamming… Told Gal= I choke slammed her, but it was a joke, someone how it turned into me choking her.

When these narcissistic jerks fight over a pencil, what the hell is the matter with these judges? They let these things drag on and on, why? Do they not see it? Or just don't give a crap? I don't understand why the ones in position of power keep letting this happen!!! Maybe there needs to be more accountability for the judges and thier lack of judgement. No I'd never be disrespectful to the judge, or anyone else for that matter, but I don't get it and severely frustrated

My ex wife posted videos on tic tok contradicting her statements in court. My ex claims I am a danger to the kids, but she let me leave with them the day we separated and we co parented for a month before she decided to keep them from me after I started exposing her abuse and mental state. I called CPS and the police on her because she tried to kill her self but I stopped her, before she could do it.

Thank you for asking. He has lied several times and I have only gotten to the answer part. He is trying to say I left the state without notice with both of my boys when one of them lived with my mom and he knew I was moving. (I do have proof for each lie) He even then tried to say I was living in his state instead of mine. He accused me of not being mentally capable of caring for them. He said my income was not enough to care for them but he never held a job the 4 years we were together. There is more but u get the point...

So I served My ex's father with a DVTRO for attacking me at our sons school family function, on school grounds, on my parenting time. Two days after he was served she files and serves me with one. We go to prelim trial for the one I filed, she's a witness in that one and makes a statement and starts talking about the other case where she filed on me at the hearing where I filed on her dad. Basically incriminating herself. Also now the DA will not support me with anything because I'm stuck in the middle. In one I'm the Petitioner(which actually happened) and the other I am the Respondent(FALSE accusations), and the court is so backed up, the continued it until November 19th, so the stay away order is in affect until ruling on that day. I can not see my poor son for 5 months. I have submitted my response and formal written objection, the judge acknowledged it but didn't say if it was sustained or overruled and said, "To err on the side of caution" she's going to set it for trial. That does not meet qualifications of Preponderance of evidence or Burden of proof nor Prima Facia. I will file a motion to dissolve the case soon.

However, one issue I find is that when I have gone to the police on important issues, when they spoke to the other party, they put incorrect things in the police report. I’m so disappointed by police, that I feel it’s a wast of time to even go to them when necessary. How do you combat this or what do you recommend?

Whenever I called the police because I was legit scared of my ex (one instance where he punched out my car’s headlights, another incident where he tackled me to get my cell phone) they just told him to go home and cool off. Then one day he attacked me at his house, I slapped him to get him to stop, and then I left. He called the cops, and I was arrested for domestic violence.

Hello, I'm in AZ and we had mediation agreement in December, now is January 21st. I didn't get the final agreement on paper to look at it with more detail until around January 7. After reading it I didn't like things I didn't even know were going to be there. So I haven't sign it, and my question is , what happens now? It's been almost 2 months since mediation agreement and almost 2 weeks since I got the papers. What can I do now? How long do I have before I submit any paper?

I have an audio recording transcript that shows my wife encouraging my children to disrespect me verbally. On the transcript, my daughter said that I'm not their dad anymore and that I lost my title. In the transcript, mom is also encouraging my son to call me an idiot and other derogatory remarks such as we know who the villain is. The biggest mistake my wife did is to file a request to remove my surname and change it to her father's surname. She said the children do not want my last name. It is really a high conflict case. I want to thank your for your videos. That have helped me to understand what has been happening to me which has given me great comfort.

People are required to the oath to, Swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth ( no Bible is used), not commit perjury

She called the police claiming I violated the OP by sending her emails. The police called me. I asked if they had the emails and they said no. So I asked them to call her to get the emails. They called her and she did not give them the emails. They called me back and said forget it. In court, she told the judge I sent her emails. Acting pro se, I "tricked" her into telling the judge she sent the emails to the police. Since I did not know she and her lawyer were going to bring up the emails, I did not prepare ahead of time by getting the police report. Now I have it. So, we have a new hearing date where the judge will hear her say she perjured herself at that last hearing. I will present the police report, and thus prove she lied by using the hard evidence, i.e. not he said/she said stuff. What will happen to her?

@Commandthecourtroom The Magistrate screamed at me because, during my cross-examination of the Court appointed PRE (Mom paid $10,000 for) , I was shedding light on the fact that that PRE was biased and didn't do his job correctly or fairly- I questioned him leading up to the BIG CONCERNS, then questioned the day he performed Mother's 2nd home Visit- he confirmed. I questioned why we never had the last meeting, at his request- he said he felt like he had enough information from me. -I questioned when the Evaluation/Investigation deadline was, and when the deadline for him to submit the Evaluation Report was- he confirmed. I questioned why he severed contact with me over a month before the report was done and while the investigation was still open?- He said he didn't and was sorry if I felt that way- ** here's where the truth came out**- Then, as I had printed emails for reference, I questioned- "is it true that on blank day and blank time, 'which was the same day and APPROXIMATELY 1.5 hours PRIOR to Mother's 2nd home visit', you wrote me this email stating ? That's not severing contact with me?" *** the he was stuttering and his eyes were shifting, I felt a sense of relief while everyone else felt a sense of panic. After about 7 second the Judge(Magistrate, ) STANDS UP, puts his palm out towards the PRE and says, "hang on Dr. blank, I got this," looks and points at me and YELLS, "Mr. Rodriguez, I've been hearing Dr. blank testify for over 13 years, so if you wanna attack his credibility you go right ahead!" ***he sits back down and I say, "your hon-" he cuts me off, says "just do it,- ATTACK- but I'm not learning anything here" *** so I said, again, "your honor, with all due respect, I-" ***Cuts me off AGAIN, raises his voice and says "I guarantee you Dr. blank was doing atleast 20 to 30 other PRE's when he did yours, it's a lot!" *** ...I knew at that very moment, just 2 hours into our 8 hour trial, that nothing I could say or do would have any positive impact or outcomes. Just moments before, I felt vindicated thinking to myself like 'yes, it's finally coming out and the Courts will see that the PRE clearly violated his own policies and was not thorough or neutral-he shouldn't be determining children’s and parents Iives with this conduct or manner and lack of professionalism' (yes, just THINKING that)... and moments later it was thrown in my face like a cold splash of reality in which the biased legal system allows this biased PRE to determine the fate of countless families. It's disgustingly heart breaking. No domestic abuse or violence, no child neglect or abuse, NOTHING like that type of situation but years later (now) I'm STILL fighting tooth and nail JUST to have 50/50.. ** WITH THE SAME MAGISTRATE- I CAN'T GET A DIFFERENT ONE CUZ "I CONSENTED TO MAGISTRATE JURISDICTION" BEFORE THE FINAL ORDERS HEARING. I'm plain stuck and though I keep fighting, there's always that sense of hopelessness. Thank you for your content and REPLY!?? I wish I could afford a lawyer like yourself. I went back for a modification of order because ex was not following it. To my surprise when i arrived I was ask by judge to take a drug test. No reason what so ever for this, never arrested for drugs, never tested positive, no association at all to drugs, so why were they allowed to do that? I felt like my rights were abused completely, how can they do that?

My poor boyfriend went in like a sitting duck without an attorney for an emergency custody hearing after his ex threatened to shoot their child ( I caught it in video). Not thinking he would be the one under the scope he went in defenseless and it was awful. He did retain emergency custody until the pretrial but we are afraid she will try to narcissist charm the judge. She is so not okay mentally.

Thank you for sharing. My ex-partner is on police bail for rape. Child was present during an incident. There was an ongoing emotional abuse and coercive control. The father has PR and my solicitor is advising to stop the contact altogether and to go to court. May I please ask for your opinion? I have audio evidence of everything

Don’t quite know what state you are in but in mine, you can’t use police reports as evidence and you can’t question about it. Only the officer can witness to it. It is a crazy law

I’m afraid I’m going to forget details during my deposition that’s later this month. It’s been 2.5 years and I can tell I’ve blocked some things mentally.

Shouldn't AI replace judges and lawyers? Having dealt with both, it seems like lives, especially men's lives, are up to the whim of how the judge is feeling that day.

How do I get a transcript of the case that the false aunt that has my daughter lost custody of her own granddaughter in which she is exhibiting the same pattern and she is of no relation between my daughter and herself. Also, my now ex husband is serving his second prison sentence over a year. I want to terminate his parental rights because I found out about three other children he abandoned by three different women,he has no income and he premeditated with his family the baby traps for financial gain.

I am autistic and eye contact is atypical and my nervous system requires me to stim , I’ve used a discrete fidget tool and kept it under the desk. But this is basically discrimination and They shouldn’t be able to use this to judge me. Of course I’m anxious up against a sociopath and sexual predator who is skillful at lying.

15:25 I'm confused. If the wife clearly lied, why doesn't the husband say, "Your honor, motion to place Mrs. So and so under arrest for perjury."? And then sue the shlt out of her?

Going to trial next month to get sol costudy of my kids 4,6. Ex.denied allegation that I've made in serving her. Ittle does she my allegation are true and supported by DHS and police reports, as mentioned a liers don't remember things they do or they think you have no evidence. Not this guy. I have book of evidence and hoping im able to use!

I don’t trust the police to get the detail right. I entered a corner where I had the right of way and the cross traffic had a stop sign. There was a large building right up to the sidewalk. When I was in the corner, I saw a car approaching from the right too fast to stop. I accelerated. I was hit in the right rear. While waiting for the police, neighbor commented about the many collision at the corner and the multiple skid marks 100 feet from the corner. The officer took statement and we left. In the written report, the officer erroneously attributed the skid marks to me. It did not matter here, but in slightly different circumstances, it could have. Hence my distrust. I have twice been in a situation where kids suddenly ran into the street and got hit by an adjacent car. Both times, I immediately went home and carefully wrote up a declaration under penalty of perjury. Neither time was their any follow up by the police, insurance companies or lawyers.

Father of kids has marijuana in home. Grows and sells. Has a $1,000,000 home. Transferred title of home 4 times in one day to hide cash down payment. Does not have proof of employment x 3 years. Is a previous felon for selling weed. Watcha think?

The judge won't look at any of my evidence, they can't prove I'm unfit, I can show that they aren't in his best interest police reports because he abuses him...my son was with me all his life until I took out child support on him 2 years ago I can't afford a lawyer n no one will listen my son is so shut in y'all I can't even sleep at night cuz I'm so scared for him

The Judges divorce decrees says "The bond of Matramony is forever broken.". The judge is a little out of his league to impune Gods Words is he not? Be better had he never been born than to make money impugning God integrity by foolishly being so pigheaded that he can somehow over rule GOD who is in heaven. The judge has proved himself a liar for money. Lawyers too. Woe to these family courts that legalize adultery and kidnapping and fraud.. Laugh now but God will get the last laugh when HE sends His HOLY Angels to gather all those that offend. No need for a cross examination. The earthly judges decree is proof enough. His own decree[words] will testify against himself at the GREAT WHITE THROWN JUDGMENT.
