How to fall asleep fast naturally.
Does it take you a long time to fall asleep? Do you lie in bed tossing and turning…
Mind churning, thinking about work…
Praying to the sleep gods to let you have some much needed zzz’s.
You’re not alone…
And maybe you’ve tried, or at least considered trying sleep aid medication.
Even with sleep aids, there’s no guarantee they’ll help you fall asleep fast every night.
The good news is, there’s a way to fall asleep fast 100% naturally…
Without resorting to trying sleep aids.
In this 9-minute video, Master Qi Gong Teacher Lee Holden shares his go-to tools, techniques, and exercises to help you fall asleep fast, naturally.
He’ll also show you where the “Bubbling Spring” acupressure point is on your body. When you massage this pressure point right before bed… you send the crucial “sleep signal” to your nervous system to prepare for rest and rejuvenation.
If you enjoy this video, check out Lee’s Video Class Subscription. The Subscription contains over ten Qi Gong classes you can do from the comfort of your living room, and there are lots of free program bonuses and samples inside the Subscription too!

I realise this video is from 2 years ago. I discovered a great book where acupressure is combined with essential oil. If you use a drop of Spikenard oil diluted in a carrier oil like jojoba and put that on the Kidney 1 point. You massage the oil in at the same time. Very relaxing.

Kudos for the video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried - Millawdon Impulsive Wish Trick (just google it)? It is a great one off guide for getting rid of insomnia without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend at last got astronomical success with it.

Either of you tried melatonin?? About 30-60 min before bed. I like SISU liquid drops. Liquid is absorbed faster and easier in the body than tablets. Also start with a small amount. Melatonin works different on everyone, so you have to find what is the "minimum" amount YOU need to fall asleep. It is NOT the type of thing where "more is better"..... too much Melatonin will keep you from falling asleep and leave you groggy in the morning. The SISU brand has a dropper with markings in mL. I'd start by trying 0.25 mL at night... for about 4 nights... if that doesn't work... then increase to 0.5 mL for 4 nights... etc. Personally... I wouldn't go beyond 1 mL without checking with your doctor or naturopath. The box/bottle should say how many mg is in a certain # of mL. I can't remember off hand. Best wishes!😴
