They save the odd pearls until they have a necklace, bracelets, etc. Unique & beautiful. Some odd shapes are named, but all are used. As I know it.

It is so amazing watching you do this. You have the most amazing and beautiful job ever. I would feel bad for "cutting" the pearl out even though I'm sure the oyster is not phased from it. I would just love to swim with all the beautiful fish.
