Mam i ordered a top from Meesho and they delivered a different product ' dress' to me, then I asked for a refund by returning it , the delivery boy picked up the product, after a few hours a message came on WhatsApp and it was also showing on Meesho that beacuse of quality check the pickup is unsuccessful then when I talked to helpline on meesho they said sorry can't helpYou and when i call the delivery guy he also said ki i cant do anything .. now i didn't even get my refund and the product was also gone ...... Well after watching your video ill complaint about this on consumer forum and mam if there's anything particular i should do please tell me .....( Now i don't care about my money whether i get my refund or not but going to take action against this fraud or scam of meesho )

Consumer forum is not taking any action and Meesho is aware about this....so it is not refunding any amount to the consumer now

Di maine meesho se order kiya tha 1500 ki dress aur mujhe vo completly different recieved hui aur fir maine uska return lgaya dusre din jab deliver boy aaya to usne bola qc fail ho gya maine bola kyu mere pas proof hai unboxing ki viedo hai sari aisa kaise ho skta hai aise krte krte 2-3 bar return lagaya sB fail then maine costumr care se bat ki to usne apni trf se non QC ka return lagya bol ki aapko kuch nhi krna hai fir jab delivery boy aya to bola qc fail..hm bole non qc tha mera bola nhi mam qc hi hai aise hi fir limit out ho gyi aur mera refund bhi nhi aya.. mai bahut dippressed hu😢😢😢mere sath scam hua

Maine 2 quantity order Kiya tha or mujhe 1 hi quantity received hua tab m tab Maine complaint kiya tha tab unhone bola ki aapka Paisa ek kar refund ho jaega missing quantity aur FIR bad mein teen char din bad bol rahe hain ki Paisa ham nahin denge mere taraf se Sahi product bheja gaya hai so iska kuchh nahin ho sakta main lagatar 10 din se call kar rahi hun per unhone sabhi hi jawab de rahe hain ki kuchh nahin hoga

I ordered 2 products from meesho 1 product received I gave the otp delivery guy told only one number thought might be 2nd order will another delivery agent normally happens in Flipkart Later for 2nd product also saying delivered I have complaint to customer care 1st they told they will deliver the product don’t worry Today I follow up executive is rudely saying they can’t help as delivered otp I told I didn’t share for 2nd product Not ready to listen only they can’t help

I've complained in consumer forum also but after raising complain i get a call from meesho and they are saying the same thing that as per our quality check we have sent you right product so sorry we cannot help you with return 🥺 can u help me what can i do next
