Thanks for detailing the locations of the leak trail-found residue all over the base of oil pan & transmission. I had noticed oil residue in the same areas on our Civic during my oil change today. I was dreading thoughts of possibly doing an oil pan gasket swap. I just have to check the EGR valve for any oils too before I replace it. Thanks for making this vid man! I would be so relieved to find this vs a oil pan gasket repair.

I’m hoping this is the problem, I just replaced the Vtec solenoid on the back since I got a p1259 code and sure enough I test drove it on the highway the oil pressure light blinked once the car sputtered a bit and the code came back on the minute I went over 60 on the highway, kind of bummed I replaced the solenoid for this to pop up again, from what you showing my leak looks just like that and I notice oil is still leaking and burning off at the bottom, thank you for showing my this I’m going to try and get the o ring Do you have a link for the part numbers for both the ring and egr gasket?
