Dr. Rowe shows the finger hook headache relief exercise.
This exercise will target the suboccipital muscles at the base of the skull, where muscle tension and tightness commonly builds to cause headaches.

I recommend getting your eyes checked if you're struggling with regular headaches. With glasses I almost never have headaches anymore
