In this video, I will be replacing the stem unit assembly (Delta part # RP24096) and the seats & springs (Delta part # RP4993) in a Delta C-Spout two-handle lavatory faucet, applicable to model # 3583 & 3584. This is to fix a leak around the base of the handle.
Delta’s instructions for the faucet delineate between the models manufactured after September 2002 and those manufactured before September 2002. Our faucet was manufactured after September 2002, although it doesn’t matter because the part numbers that I will be replacing are the same regardless of the manufacture date of the faucet.
