Thank you! I find, that charger have electrical circuit, because his little nidle have some damage - she give circuit on side of charger. From center nidle to side of this circle. I fix it by nidle for saw. You need to back charger nidle to she's center and electric circuit go on. And then i plug it to notebook and power led first blue light, then yellow/orange light. Thanks to help!

Thank you soo much, my problem is fixed just using the first step. I held the power power button for 20 seconds and then plugged the charger back in. BOOM!!!! issue is resolved
