ITS FINALLY HERE! Android - Try and clear your backup cache/ (i dont know much about it sorry) IOS - Do the methods listed above If any of you awesome guys know any other method, feel free to comment so i can edit this comment!

My phone has a problem where whenever I open Roblox sometimes it turns my volume to zero no matter what I do I tried turning the volume on my phone on I tried going into the Roblox settings to turn it on and I even enable and then disable silent mode but no matter what I do it's still silent and sometimes it does this sometimes it doesn't

yall here is a nother tip: if your ipad or phone crashed in a game and you had silent mode on but you choud still hear sound but not anymore well dont worry yust turn silent mode off because crashing brake’s that so sound on roblox and other game’s dosent work but turing it off gets it to work agen.
