Appreciate you man, noticed my fan was never kicking on and this was a quick easy fix. You probably just saved my engine 👍 don't even need to take the whole front plastics off either, just the center panel where oil cap is, gives you plenty of room

I'd put it on a switch and get a rad cap with a temp gauge. It's not good for the engine too run to cold for a long time.

Hey man I got an 03 scrambler 500 could I do the same thing as you I don’t know why mine is always overheating but I bet having the fan run the entire time would help so would this be the same for mine
