Hello @gamery4079, Yes, I know, the error message of "repeatedly or failed attempts" is possibly one of the many reasons, as you mentioned your system is a desktop, if you constantly have to use this method, I suspect your COMS battery either is weak or DEAD, try placing COMS battery if you PC is a few years of age. anyways, Thankyou so much for sharing, I am glad it worked for you.

Thank you! Great video to rescue. My battery had been dying after 2-3 days completely if i dont use my laptop. This solved the issue. I suspect this is due to a dead CMOS battery.

Hello @togdev2188 Yeah, I know this phenomenon, after 2 or 3 restart cycles it would go away, but if you can try to restart once in the “SAFE MODE” and then simple restart would correct this, as Windows keeps the latest successful startup file. anyways thanks for sharing! cheers

Hello @beast0963, I don't know if you have already done so, but I will still give you hints about, how I would deal with this stiuation; >> Check your junk email folder for a message from a Microsoft account. >> You can also sign in using a browser in privacy mode, sign in with the first account. >> When you're prompted to enter the verification code that was sent to your alternate email address, don't close the browser window yet. >> Open a new window in privacy mode (incognito mode). >> In the incognito window, sign in to your alternate email account and look for the message from the Microsoft account team. >> Copy or write down the verification code from the message. >> Return to the window that is asking you for the verification code. Enter the code and follow the instructions.

Hello @pranavrumale4022 sorry to hear about your trouble, I need more information about your PC? you windows Ver? to find correct resolve, but for now I suggest you to try 3 different approaches; 1. Try to repair "Start up" 2. Use "system Restore" to previously known working state. 3. "uninstall updates" lets start with "Start up" Part A) Perform a hard reset, and here is HOW to do it, follow these steps. 1. disconnect all devices from your PC/laptop. 2. unplug Your PC from the wall plug, incase if its Laptop remove the battery (if its removeable) 3. Hold down the POWER button for 15 seconds 4. Plug in to wall power (insert battery) and restart. if no luck follow the next step Part B) 1. Hold down the shift key on your keyboard before clicking the Power button on the screen. 2. Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart. 3. Continue to hold down the shift key until the the windows sky-blue screen comes up with some options ( options will depend on your windows 10, or 11 ) 4. Look for "Troubleshoot" (may say "reset your pc or see advance options) IF Windows 10 Click Advanced options, Click Startup Settings, Click Restart Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode, Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode. try to Log in, if you logged in simply restart your PC and problem solved, Windows 11 may have different options Click "Troubleshoot" on next screen click "Startup repair" and follow the instruction from above. if startup repair did not work, then you have the options on the last screen here to choose "system Restore" and/or "uninstall updates" I hope this should solve you trouble, keep us posing, Thanks for sharing Cheers

Hello @shubybiswas1680 After few saucerful sign-ins it will go away, but if you want to correct it immediately, restart you system in “Safe Mode” and then restart again instead of shutting down, as Windows keeps the last saucerful sign in file. Cheers

Look for "Troubleshoot" (may say "reset your pc or see advance options) IF Windows 10 Click Advanced options, Click Startup Settings, Click Restart Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode, Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode. try to Log in, if you logged in simply restart your PC and problem solved, Windows 11 may have different options Click "Troubleshoot" on next screen click "Startup repair" and follow the instruction from above. if startup repair did not work, then you have the options on the last screen here to choose "system Restore" and/or "uninstall updates" I hope this should solve you trouble, keep us posted. Hello @MrTurtle15, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting in your computer. I need some more info about your operating system, (is it windows 11 or 10, is it a lap top or PC) but anyways, Try these hacks it may will bring login or forgot pin option, 1- Hold power button for 10 sec to force shutdown. (if its PC unplug the power cord, press the power button once, wait 5 sec, and press it again for 10 sec. plug in the cord and start the pc if option show good other wise try putting back to sleep and try again. 2- If 1st option did not produced any result, try this, while your system is ON, press Control+Alt+Del, it should bring you the login screen and try to key in the password, it should show you the forgot pin option, 3- If 2nd did not work, while your system ON plug in any USB flash drive to your system and now Control+Alt+Del, it should bring you the login screen and try to key in the password. I hope this will help to get you back in you system. Cheers

@@RightSolutionsi tried all of these and none works , when i start laptop it says type : A1B2C3 , first before it lets you to type pin , but there is no option for forgot pin or anything like that

Hello @yeshicakes, Well, if you are signed in using Microsoft account go to Microsoft website and choose forgot password and reset your password, now you will be able to sign in with these new credentials. And if by chance you have local login then recently I have published another video with title "How to Reset Windows 11 Password without Data Loss" I think that should help you out, for your convenience I have just add the link to that video in this video discerption. @@mekumar7804 If you constantly have to use this method, I suspect your COMS bettry either weak or DEAD, anyways, I have uploaded another video about very similar errors, with "Forgot PIN or Reset PIN Option is NOT showing up in Windows" title and placed the link in this video's description, there are four possible solutions in that video, I belive Solution 2 and/or solution 3 will work for you, please try it and keep me posted, Best of luck
