FYI: lusrmgr is only available in the Professional, Ultimate and Enterprise versions of Windows. The Home version doesn't have it; or gpedit for that matter. Kinda makes your guide useless if it's not on one of these three versions unfortunately.

What if after typing what I typed on Run it comes up as "this snapin may not be used for Windows 10. To manage your user accounts for this PC, use the user accounts tool on Control Panel"?

It says can't set up pin for now

It says I don’t have the app to click forget my pin

don't have a second account set up, no use to me as can't get off the first login screen

But I forgot email password and lost my phone by mistake and the email was in it

I friggin hate this. This had happened to my laptop twice. Like for no reason. I’ll be logged in and fine then shut down my laptop. Then the next day I’ll try to turn it on to use but before I even get to sign it it displays this message. Like, why? Can I prevent this feature from happening??

Never in my life will I buy a laptop running windows !! Complete garbage and full of issues .. my legion5 keeps crashing so I have to shut it down a few times a day and now that message came up to leave the labtop on for 2 hours , but my labtop crashed within 5 mins smh

you just have to click on "I forgot my pin code" and follow the steps to reset your password, that's what I did and it's solved.
