This is literally not working for me and Att says it’s not them because their test sms worked. I’ve tried everything even resetting network settings. It’s weird because occasionally I’ll get a code but then I’ll try three different companies like Chase or Amazon and I won’t get a single code! Help please!!!

So nice of you and thanks for responding! After calling AT&T, then Apple, then AT&T one more time they reset whatever signal was on the closest tower and that worked!@StacyFranqui

@@malcadorthehero5097 I did, thanks! After the third call to AT&T they were able to reset something in regards to the tower that my phone is associated with and it worked immediately. I swear every time I call AT&T, whether it's commercial or residential, I get a different answer. But I am happy it's working!

so confused why you had to go through this like you were running out of time. Fast talking and unclear about what to actually do. Makes no sense to make an instruction video if you are clear on the instructions

I refuse to update my iOS because its inherently a bad idea when a newer phone comes out. so i dont have unknown senders. so this didnt help and im on a 14 pro max sooo
