@@Mani_Matter a simple 'no/nah' doesn't express the amount of non-compliance I expressed there. Look at him in casual, near peers - he's natural to boot

@@Mani_MatterHe definitly is. He's been grinding for like 10+ years it's very achievable natural

How does this differ from doing it on a bar on terms of using forearm s?
@crayzmarc15 күн бұрын
Having ligament damage in my right wrist I doubt this would even be sensible straight away. I think using a mace and a kettle on the floor and increasing weight with that may be a sensible way to do this as pre prep before doing something like this. Thanks though as does seem like a great idea

Hey man love your videos, do you have some suggestions or exercises which could help me with some pain i am dealing with specifically I cant hols nothing above my head or my hands above my back without pain would really like to fix this and dont know how
@Asi3216 күн бұрын
This is such a big question which is specific to you . Go see one of the following: kiropraktor, physiotherapist, doctor or a good personal trainer. Whichever is easiest for you to get access to. They will probably refer you to one or the other if they are unsure what the underlying issue is.

Does training with a MAG attachment build strength for false grip? I find that MAG (paradoxically?) exhausts my forearms

Shortening the leverage/distance which makes some exercises like iron cross easier, also makes reaching full range of motion easier for exercises like front lever rows
