Haaaahaaaaaa You had me at sleep, I’m a person that sleeps 4 or on a good day 6 hours a night. 😂😂😂 This is going to have to be a major life change.

No such thing as being "metabolically broken." Your metabolism does not break when you diet for a long time, your body simply adapts to your calorie consumption. It's completely normal, it's your body slowing down the amount of energy burned due to what is essentially "starvation." It's a survival response inherent to all bodies. Eat at maintenance for, at minimum, 3-4 months before starting to eat in a calorie deficit again. While eating at maintenance, focus on getting good sleep, getting in your 10k steps a day, don't skimp on the resistance training, and be sure to hit your nutrition macros 👍 keep things simple, no need to overcomplicate things like Tim does.

What if i wanna gain weight? You know like 22 years old and can eat a whole pizza for dinner or lunch but still cant get past 165 on the scale. And it took a lot to get to 165 thats the crazy part
