How To Flush Radiator Coolant Engine Cooling System - PEUGEOT 406
Step 1: Engine off and cool condition
Step 2: Remove the petcock and reservoir cap
Step 3: Drain all of liquid coolant from the cooling system
Step 4: Fill liquid flush (first process only) into reservoir and add distilled water until full and close caps
Step 5: Run engine about 10 minutes to reach normal operation temperature
Step 6: Stop engine and allow to cool
Repeat this process 2-3 times...
For final process, fill with liquid radiator coolant for optimal performance your engine cooling system in your car.

Good job. My advice however is don't use distilled water. All car manufacturers say you must use radiator coolant fluid. Even distilled water will corrode your aluminium radiator and cylinder head. Radiator fluid is more expensive but much cheaper than new radiator.

Absolutely right, use distilled water only for clearing residual in the engine coolant system... finally, recommended use radiator fluid.

Good night. I have a pegeout 406 year 1997 sedan 2.0, 16v and automatic. However, it has a lot of overheating problem, the three sensors of the thermostatic valve have been changed but it still remains with overheating. Is it possible to be a problem in the module?

check radiator hose, thermostat, waterpump and make sure there is no air in the cooling system.

mas, radiator pug 206 sya di bagian bawah radiator nya ga ada radiator cap buat buang air nya? lalu saya buang air darimana?

Bisa dengan cara buka di baut bleeding atau yang lainnya kemudian diisi air terus menerus air lama akan kedorong keluar tapi pasti lebih ribet.

Never use radiator cap.. They break. Unplug a tube.

Maaf Pak jadi salfok sama selang uap oli nya😂 itu dibuang kemana Pak uap olinya?? Itu sekedar selang atau ada alat tambahan kah?

Uap oli ditampung di OCT, yang keliatan dengan hose warna biru itu breather untuk ambil udara dari luar...

AGUNGH CHANNEL mantap Pak. Itu pasang dimana Pak kalau mau tampung uap oli di OCT begitu?? Uap oli sering bikin kotor idle regulator jadi bikin idle gak karuan Pak. Bosan juga keseringan harus buka dan bersihkan idle regulator nya.
