Interesting. I have been making these a lot of years and never saw anyone fuller the inside corner. Hey it works! I just made a jig with 60 deg inside corners with bending pins. When demoing for the public we need to turn these out as quick as possible thus, the jig. I did a 3 part series of videos on making the jig in 2016. There are many ways to get the job done. I DO quench the corners to add whatever minor hardness the mild steel can give so as to help the ring.

What size round stock did you use for the bell... I didn't hear you say??

Why 14x14x13 that only gives you 2 different notes. When I make them I go 14x13x12 and that gives you 3 notes
