Hey Tatiana! Thank you for detailed video. I have a much better idea of how it works now. I was just wondering...how does payment work? Once an order is fulfilled and customer makes the purchase through a payment provider, is the money sent to our amazon account (the same way it is when an order is fulfilled on Amazon)? Or do we get paid directly into our own account?

Really good and helpful video as no one else that I have watched really explains it properly. I’m 19 and finding it a little confusing but your video has helped a lot. Hi Annie, Let me try to leave this comment again! Yes, it is a possibility that orders could be delivered in Amazon branded packaging! BUT, not if you select our add on feature of 'Blank Box packaging!' Then we can block Amazon from shipping Shopify MCF orders in Amazon branded packaging!

Questions, Can you have only selected items in your Shopify store linked to FBA or does it have to be all your products. Asking as I will only have a few of my Shopify products in the Amazon warehouse.

yes, thats an important question. Also, what if you do not store 100% of your inventory on amazon FBA . Example - if you have 10 SKUs stored in amazon FBA and 90 SKUs in your own warehouse. If someone places an order which contains items from both fulfilment centres ( your own warehouse and amazon FBA ) - how are we going to fulfil them ?

Thank you for sharing this information Tatiana. My only concern is the price. You have to pay $27 ( starting plan) with Shopify in order to be able to download the app , & you have to pay the FBA AMAZON plan which is approx $40 per month + sale fees & on top of that $10 a month only to be able to link these two… this is CRAZY , how can someone be profitable with this rates ?

Hi there, This is a great question. Unfortunately because Amazon categorizes your Shopify orders as MCF, the rules are different. Amazon will only ship your MCF orders inside the country the products are stored in. For example, if your products and Amazon account is set up in the United States. Amazon will only ship your MCF orders inside the US. This is the same for Mexico, Canada, Australia, Japan, and the United Kingdom. The only location that is different is Europe. If you have products stored in either France, Spain, Italy, or Germany you actually are able to ship to the following locations. Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. It Maybe Cheaper But The Edge Which FBA Gives You Is Amazing..This means The shipment Timing is Perfect And Amazon itself promotes FBA sellers Rather than 3rd party Fulfillment.

You may find it to be cheaper with a 3PL, but in this video I described the most EFFICIENT way to start selling on your own website. If you go with 3PL you'll have to ship inventory there, there are more layers of complexity that take time to sort out. I'd rather start with Amazon fulfilling the orders (MCF) while I sort out which 3PL i'd like to work with and the logistics of all that. This way I can start generating sales sooner rather than later. That's why I shared that even someone brand new to selling on Amazon could start simultaneously selling on their website rather than waiting until they have high enough sales velocity on Amazon and enough profits to transition to selling on their own site.

Hey Miriam, You would need to have a professional Amazon Seller account. Which means you would also need to own the products you are attempting to sell and those products would need to be stored in Amazon warehouses....associated with your Seller account.

Hey Ben, Yes you can do this. We have a lot of stores with this set up! As long as you have physical Amazon inventory stored in US Amazon warehouses we can help you manage your US MCF orders and then let you manage all other International orders!

I was using Cadisto but I just disconnected them because they kept duplicating my listings into FBM and they even started selling some of those FBM orders. So I woke up and had FBM orders to fulfill. Hens me looking for a new app lol this one looks old tho. Thank you for the video!

Great Video! I am a media seller on amazon with about 75,000 individual sku. My inventory mostly consists of books and vinyl records. My biggest concern ( although unlikely) is loss of my Amazon account. If I link the 2 accounts together and for some reason my amazon account gets taken away, will my inventory still be available on shopify? Does the shopify account "feed" from the amazon account in such a way that it will not exist if the amazon account gets shut down? Thanks so much for the great video!!!!!
