We should all have muscle! It doesn't matter how old you are, having muscle is having health and gaining muscle is very simple, you only need 2 things: Eat correctly and exercise.
The best foods to gain muscle mass are those that contain a lot of proteins (with essential amino acids), carbohydrates (healthy) and healthy fats. Among the foods that will help you gain the most muscle are eggs, meats, mainly white chicken, fish, avocado, olive oil, among others. But to build muscle we also need zinc, magnesium, vitamin D, Vitamin B and much more.
