Did you pass the NCLEX before you started working as a RN with a ADN? My story is very similar to yours I am getting my ADN

Unfortunately i noticed last minute that my ADN program is unaccredited. (Stupid i know. I wish i thought to look into that...) I have 2 more semesters left and graduate August 2021. Do you think there's a chance ADN graduates from unaccredited programs can land a hospital job? Or is it a rare chance? Some of my top choices prefer BSN or graduates of ADN accredited programs...Tips?

From my experience, no it hasn’t been hard to get a job with an ADN. In fact, there are a lot of smaller hospitals that hire ADN in LA. The only thing is that the pay is not always the best compared to working for bigger hospitals. However, a lot of hospitals are also hiring ADN with the commitment that the nurse gets his/her BSN within 3 years. I hope this helps.
