1:34 on video shows a menu i cant find. Plus under Users & Accounts there is no Media & Apps tab

looks like the menu might be a bit different on your PS5. The Media & Apps tab should be there under Users & Accounts. Maybe double check if your PS5's system software is fully updated? That could sort it out. If it's still not showing up, Sony's support site or a quick Google search might have more info.

I was going to say the same thing. But you also said well maybe your PS5 menu is different. This is not possible because all PS5 menus are universal. It could be that you are confusing your TV menu. I can go to my TV menu and it brings up what you are seeing. So I would assume that you got confused with the TV menu and what the PlayStation menu says. Because there is no option for media app under user and accounts

Here's the fix. The video really does a crap job of explaining this. Once you are playing the blu-ray on the PS5 press the Options button (little tic tac shaped one between the triangle button and the touchpad on the controller). Select the ellipsis (three dots '...') at the bottom of the screen, then select 'Settings'. Under 'Audio Format', change from 'Linear PCM' to 'Bitsteam'.

Hello Sir, I have Sony x82l and sony ht5000 soundbar, when I play 4K content from my tv usb, my soundbar only shows dolby digital, dts lossy atmos. How do I get lossless audio. What do I need more, I know nothing about all these stuff. Thanks.

Thanks Sir I have made 4K remux of my blu ray movies into mkv, when I play these 4K movies from my tv usb, i only get lossy audio not lossless audios my soundbar supports all audios. How do i get lossless audio.
