I brew on your 10 gallon ProPilot electric HERMS system. I just want to say what great quality your kettles and pumps are. I especially appreciate the false bottom (same one as shown in the system in this video). I’ve never used a false bottom that worked as well and yet never had a stuck sparge. I’ve tried to push my recirculation and never had any issues. I highly recommend your kettles and brewing systems Thank you for your great products.

I absolutely love my 10gal-240v Blichmann Brew Easy (15/20 kettle configuration). My system is only four years old and continues to perform flawlessly. The Surface would be a great upgrade and eliminate some worry from keeping my submersion coil covered with wort. I’m curious of the additional weight the Surface has compared to the traditional boil coil application.

Very cool updates to the BrewEasy. I loved mine before. The Surface kettle upgrade was the best update IMO. Now I love it even more. Easy to clean as your clips of my own cleaning video demonstrate.

This is an awesome video. We currently have a 3 vessel 1bbl boilermaker herms system with 3 riptide pumps. We are always looking at new techniques on improving our brewing!!!!! Keep putting out this amazing content!!!!!

Great Wort is easy to make. Fermentation temperature control and O2 free packaging is what makes great beer.

Looks like you have stuck with this approach and it is taking shape. Some suggestions from a Low Oxygen brewer and Anvil Foundry owner: 1. Add your grain to the mash tun first then Connect the recirc hose to the mash tun outlet to perform an Underlet. Close the valve and hook up the stem and proceed. 2. Create a mash cap that is integrated with the system. 3. Change the silicon tubing to Tygon or Santroprene. 4. Have a way to slow the pump down considerably via PWM or similar to limit shear force during the recirculation. Do these things and low oxygen brewers will see the system as a decent all in one option. Please let me know if you would like for information!

Aw dang. I really like the 25lbs of grain and the surface element combo. Guess I'll have to wait, my current system can do the 18 of the current 7.5 gallon kettle. And i can't justify the purchase if it doesnt have what i need. Hopefully, we can get the prototype to market soon.
