Even good pie makers sometimes have trouble getting their pie dough into the pie pan. How best to do it? Do you roll it around your pin and then unroll it into the pan? Do you fold it into quarters and then unfold it in the pan? Or do you just lift it in.

Ken Haedrich I simply put the pan on top of the dough and flip it over. When I have a top crust I use your method😊
