I have definitely enjoyed adding hula hooping to my weight loss journey. My husband, and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary at Grace Bay Beach on Turkes and Caicos islands next week. I met my weight loss goal, and was able to order a size 6 clothing!! When I started dance fitness with you I was in a 14-16. Nothing wrong with that size, I just couldn't stay that size due to my back, and other health conditions. Still have no back pain!! Thank you for putting out these awesome videos, doing them has definitely changed my life. ♥️🩴🩱🛍️👚🎉

I live in Ga also. I go to Emory Spinal Center in Atlanta. I loved your video where you explained the Ga humidity. I made a comment once about you being truly dedicated because I was up at Emory that day, and the humidity was awful. Those outdoor classes have to be brutal. I should have explained myself better. I probably confused you or seemed creepy 🤔 if you aren't familiar with Emory Hospital in Atlanta. I apologize. 😀😜💃💃❤
