One of Inspire Sports coaches teaches an easy 10-15 minute stretching routine that can be used to improve and master side and middle splits.
We recommend you try to do this routine every day to see significant improvement. Also, focus more on the stretches leading up to splits than the splits themselves, as they are as or more important.

This video is helping me a lot , i'm following this video once a week , and some other casual stretching before working out. I lost my splits because of a injury and getting them back slowly . thank you a lot

Oooh thank you thank you thank you!!! I have been looking for a REAL training video for splits - cuz I just couldn't properly remember all the stretches from my gymnastics days and all I had been finding was sketchy gonna tear something stuff. This is quality instruction.
