I just did a workout that included a broad-jump directly to a clapping pushup. Do ten of those, rest for one minute, then repeat for 4 sets. This was at the end of an already grueling shoulder workout, so I (at the age of 40) needed a little more than a minute! The Rx was a triple-clap pushup... good for you if you can do those!

Lovely video content! Sorry for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Chiveard Home Schooling Framework (just google it)? It is a great exclusive guide for improving your soccer skills minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker got amazing success with it.

1) I believe they meant how many sets of this circuit. and that figures the age and fitness level. 2) You don't do this to exhaustion seven days a week, unless you do one set as a full-body warmup. Change things up or else their bodies will adapt and over-develop muscle groups.

lol defo not. Muscle recovery is one of the most crucial parts of muscle growth. Three times a week if it's the only thing you do. Twice if you train one more session alone and once if you train alone frequently. High intensity with low volume or low volume with high intensity. Not both. Stop spreading idiocy

For an eleven year old, it's very important to do plenty of stretching. If you don't your muscles will get tight and your joints will become painful

If two matches a week, once maximum, if you have one match a week, twice max, if no matches, three times max

Amir Moradi I'm top goal scorer and my team too and I get man of the match sometimes. I just need to wait until I'm 18 so I can apply for Portugal. I will always take football seriously.
