Arginine pyroglutamate and l-lysine 1200mg/each on an empty stomach is what I use following the Isidori study that showed HGH rise by 7 fold. Maca does not dick with the sex hormones it turns out but revitalizes IGF-1 after it's spent. Igf-1 has a half life of 5 minutes....so if you start with a high IGF-1 load such as after the amino acids and take Maca it should be marvelous. I don't have the gelatinized maca yet, and I'm gonna grow some in the garden now :)

Does it matter what time I sleep. I normally get around 7-8 hours of sleep. I always sleep late like 12-1am.

Hgh is the most responsible thing for height growth but there could be some other reason your height has stopped could deficiency of calcium or Vitamin D. Make sure you eat supplements like ostocalcium and get enough sunlight 🔅
