Yes loa can change I did mine I simply follow affirmations whenever i put hair oil ,washing my hair with shampoo conditioner or hair masks N my affirmations were... When i was 23, i fell from staircase i broke my fibula bone just above the ankle, later i was on high calcium diet, after 2 years i observed that my height increased, that i was 4'10 now am 5 feet and few inches, actually i used to affirm and visualise that am tall, so it become true, no matter at what age u r, u can definitely increase ur height trust me❤
