How To install a 3rd-Function Kit (and Canopy) on your tractor

Follow the steps with Steve from the Crystal service department and learn how to install a third-function hydraulics kit on your tractor. We're installing in on a Mahindra 1635 but the process will be similar for many different models.

Would you have instructions on adding a top and tilt on a Mahindra 3616? How does the plumbing go?

Thanks. Not sure exactly what part you're asking about though. If you're referring to the nut from underneath at about 28:55, you can see where we removed that at about the 18:25 mark

Thanks! If you're considering the W.R. Long kit like we used here, you can go to this site: store.wrlonginc.com/collections/vkmh There you can see all available kits and you'll just need to find the kit that matches your loader's model number.

Good video sir! What is the brand of the 3rd function and canopy, price for each and co. you ordered from? I have the same exact tractor i will be installing both. Any info would be helpful. Thx

Thanks. The third-function is a W.R Long kit (VKMH1635L for Mahindra 1635L loader), and the canopy is a Bare Co universal canopy (B2580) and mount kit (B3600). Both are common brands you should be able to order from your local tractor dealer / parts suppliers. W.R Long kits can also be purchased from them directly on their website, and if you need help locating a Bare Co supplier they have a locator map on their website as well. Good luck!
