Please add the missing instructions on how to install the deflector bar/baffle which goes inside the area where the blades are

Great video. Having an issue with bagger lid not fully closing along the front bar of the frame leaving a 1/4” space which makes grass/dirt spray at your all over me. Is this normal or is there an adjustment to fix it?

What is the rubber like flap that came with the system. Not in your video or book.

I really like the clear step by step instructions of this video. The problem is the video shows two wide holes in the back to place the bolts for the braces but my Z345M does not have that slight ledge or lip with holes on the back. Is there something special for the Z345m?

It’s useless without the baffle, I’m really surprised the manual AND this video skipped it. I figured out the way it went today and it was night and day. I went from 2 full bags on a mow to 10. Looking at the mower straight on - the longer knotch goes on the left side and attaches at the bottom. It looks like it won’t really fit but once you get all 3 bolts on it’s the perfect clearance and bags great.

Do we really need to have the counterweights on the front. I have a z330r and 84 pounds of extra weight on the front seems like a lot. Especially in the fall since leaves don’t weight much. Thoughts? Also, the counter weights are rubbing the metal bare on the bracket so I’m sure that will rust at some point. Thanks

My kit contains what they call a front bagger baffle which is suppose to help direct the material rearward into the bagger chute. But I didn't see where you showed how to install this baffle plate under the deck. Any suggestions?

Great video's on the mower and adding the bagging system. Actually your video helped me decide to get the Z320M. So delivery is a few weeks out. However the shed that I would love to store it, isn't long enough with the bagger mounted. I can either store it in my garage, or remove the suitcase weights (easy enough) and remove the hopper (bagger cover) along with the tubes. I would prefer not to keep it in the garage. It doesn't look like it would take too long to add/remove the tubes and cover once the hardware has been mounted. I do wonder if that would wear the tubes out prematurely from reconnecting. Your thoughts?

I have the bagger and the mulch kit. I like to bag 1/4 and mulch 3/4 off the cuts. So is there an easy way to switch from bagger to mulch or is it best to buy two units and keep one a designated bagger and the other the muncher unit?

I have an area I want to bag and an area that I would rather throw. What is the best way to do that? Just remove the bags? Or pull the bottom tube?

You say that the flange on the toe guard has to go on the inside of the deck. On my mower if I put it on the inside the blades will hit it.

I have a piece left over with a Z315e installation on 42 in deck. It's flexible rubber - looks like a mud flap. Has two holes. I don't see it mentioned anywhere in the instuctions.

Can the mulching kit be installed and still use the bagger? Mulch when you want to, and bag when you want to?

Is the inner tube assembly easy to remove in order to get through fence?

Just installed on my z315, and its currently leaving clumps of grass in a trail on the right side, seems the plastic chute goes into the deck and the cover piece that holds it to the deck is flush, this is making a pocket towards the front of the mower where grass is accumulating and dropping as I go, any fix for this? I followed this tutorial and the instructions to a T!

Do the blades that come with this bagger need to be installed? Also does the front blowout baffle need to be installed?

Are there any instructions or videos online on how to install this baffle piece? You absolutely need this piece for the bagger to work properly. My friend has the same mower with the baffle installed and the bagger system and it works flawlessly. Mine? Not so much. Absolutely unacceptable Deere provides no instructions in the bagger install manual

Having an issue with my bagger. I have debris flying out of the front of the bagging attachment at the deck. I've watched and verified my installation no less than 10x and still cannot find the issue. Any thoughts?

First of all, let me say I'd be totally lost if I only relied on the instructions that came with the bagger kit. They absolutely SUCK. Now, on to some constructive criticisms having assembled my bagger kit using this video as the only guide. When taking off the nuts on the toe guard, use the 13mm socket wrench not 10mm as explained in this video. Furthermore, I had great difficulty taking off the nut on the left side of the toe guard since the tractor walls around the nut were too close to the nut preventing the socket from fitting firmly over the nut. Still trying to figure this one out... I ended up needing to buy a thinner wall 13mm socket (I couldn't find one at Lowes or Home Depot, but found it at Harbor Freight, a tool-focused store). Then it fit around the nut. Another thing I found wrong was his instructions regarding putting on the new toe guard. He said to put that wing on the inside of the left side of the deck, but later in the video he shows it with the wing on the outside where it belongs! Otherwise the nut on the left side won't line up with the hole.

You didn't explain how to put the baffle on the deck.

And am I missing something but the instructions also don't explain how to put it on.
